- Basic, but priced well based on the upgrades. I’ve sold this model/floorplan before (the neighbor’s unit next door) and it takes patience. The right buyer will eventually find it.
- Great home for lower price Stapleton. Nice cabinets. Not many upgrades but that’s alright for the price. Great location. Nice. Quite. Like it.
- Seems priced well for square footage.
- Good price for entry level. I would add some flowers, colorful pictures or throw…
- Could benefit from staging (fresh flowers, pictures, etc.).
- Like: Location and price baby! Covered porch.
- Great location. Cute porch.
Stapleton Builders in Central Park West – Denver, CO
August 7th, 2011Stapleton Builders in Central Park West – Denver, CO
The latest section to be developed in the Stapleton neighborhood is what will be know as Central Park West. This area is slightly smaller than other parts of Stapleton running from 35th Ave on the north to Martin Luther King Drive on the south, between Syracuse Street and Central Park Boulevard. Basically, it’s the area where the old parking garage used to stand and includes the Swigert-McAuliffe International School. As is typical when a new part of Stapleton is under development, many of the Stapleton Builders are relocation their sales offices to the area.
Stapleton REALTORS Come Together – Denver, CO
May 21st, 2011Stapleton REALTORS Come Together – Denver, CO
Stapleton is such a great place to live and work. Even thought the weather threw a huge monkey wrench into the block party last weekend, many great neighbors still came out last Sunday to get together and reconnect. The pools open next weekend, which also marks the return of the Sweet William Market. Next come the farmer’s market, summer concert series, theater on the green, movie nights, and so much more. All these activities definitely help to build the sense of community for which Stapleton is known.
But I’m constantly blown away by the sense of community I see among Stapleton REALTORS. For example, there is a group of REALTORS that live and work here that comes together once a month to tour each other’s listings, give feedback, and exchange stories and ideas. I, for one, have found this level of cooperation invaluable. Below is an example of the feedback I received from my colleagues after they toured my listing at 9002 E 24th Pl:
The broker tour also resulted in at least three of the other Stapleton REALTORS in this group showing my listing to their buyers. So, even though this wonderful home hasn’t sold yet, thank you to them and the other REALTORS that I am lucky to call colleagues, friends and neighbors.
