Stapleton Open Houses- 3 Home tour of great affordable homes.
Wow!! Come out to Stapleton this weekend. We have so much going on to have fun and maybe even buy a home while you are out here, so you can be part of all the fun permanently. The list of events includes A kickball tournament in Central Park, sponsored by Stapleton United Neighbors, an all day concert of Stapleton local bands on the Green at 29th Drive Town Center on Saturday. On Sunday, we have our weekly Farmers Market and of course we have an extended pool season, with what looks like great weather to enjoy it. There will also be some great Stapleton open houses.
These are just some of the great amenities you get by living in Stapleton that people pay anywhere from$100,000 to $1,000,000 to get. This weekend the KnopHomeTeam will be holding a home tour Open House that highlight some of the homes in the Affordable Home Program. These featured homes are 1 and 2 bedrooms and are priced from $114,000 to $125,000. We will be set up for the start of the tour at 2818 Syracuse #221. This is close enough to the town center that you can probably hear the fun concert that will be going on down the street. This Stapleton Open House is on Saturday from 12noon until 2:00.

The affordable housing program in Stapleton creates below market homes for buyers who make less than the area median income. If you are looking for a more detailed explanation, read my blog about the Affordable program. Of course even better than that come by this weekend and come and see the great condominiums for yourself. I will have everything you will need to get started as well as a lot of information about Stapleton and the Program.
Realtors come on by as well with your clients or not most people are surprised at how nice the homes are for the price and how the program works and I would be happy to answer any questions you have and put you in contact with who you need to get your clients into these great homes.

Progressive Neighborhood and Home Tour – Stapleton – Denver, CO
This Saturday, August 7th, the builders in Stapleton are making available 19 model homes for a home tour. The event runs from 2-5 pm and you can bike between the homes or take the shuttle.
Shuttles leave Founders Green every 20 minutes and the bike tours leave 15 minutes after each hour (2:15, 3:15 and 4:15).
Anyone interested in attending should also bring their Realtor along (I wrote an article some time ago about buying from a builder if you want to know why). Likewise, if you aren’t currently working with a Realtor, feel free to contact me and I will be more than happy to accompany you.
The homes on the tour are:
Snacks will be provided at each stop along the way, and if you stick around afterward there will be a free Concert on the Green featuring the Nacho Men from 6-8 pm. Hopefully the rain will stay away:
The last few concert and movie nights have been a little wet.
It is also advisable to speak with a local lender before hand to know in which price range you can be comfortable looking. If you think you may be interested in New Town’s affordable housing units, give Damon Knop a call over at the Affordable Connection Team.
Lastly, if you haven’t mailed in your ballot yet don’t forget to vote before you come out. August 10th is primary day in Colorado.
